It generally takes between one & two hours to set up and test all of the sound & lighting equipment, we will usually arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the start time. Factors such as stairs and difficult access have a bearing on this. Some venues with stairs and without lifts may incur a labour surcharge.
 

It is always wise to tell your venue that we will be arriving at least 2 hours before your event. Quite often venues are used to DJ services turnig up 30 minutes or less before the event and are put off by our early arrival. If they are notified then in most cases it is not a problem.
