How do I make a booking?

Booking Procedures 

There are 3 ways you can make a booking with AMC Events, Using the Online Quote Form if you have a discount code to apply to your quote, using our Online Booking Form for standard bookings or by contacting us directly.

Online Booking Form Procedure:

  1. Create a booking using the Make a Booking Form.
  2. Print and sign the online Contract For Services generated after you click "Create Document"or you can download a blank one here, print, fill it in & sign it and return to us at the following address:

  3. Pay your booking reservation fee using the following options:
    1. Online via PayPal (visa & Mastercard) after placing order by clicking the "Make Payment" button.
    2. Direct Bank Deposit into the following Account:
      Account Number: 057686947
      Account Name: AMC Events
      BSB: 114 879
      Bank: St George
    3. Send Cheque or Money Order payable to AMC Events to the following address:
      PO Box 4602
      Springfield
      Qld 4300
  4. Once we have the Deposit and signed Contract For Services we will send a confirmation letter and your date will be locked in and no other bookings will be made for that day. If we only have a deposit or an Contract For Services we will hold your booking tentatively and contact you if we receive another booking for that date. We must receive both items to fully lock in your date.
  5. We will send an email with your login to our online planning system.
  6. Plan your event by submitting the online planning form, timeline and music selections.
  7. We will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your event face to face.
  8. Pay your remaining fees at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding (multiple payments are acceptable).
  9. Sit back and relax as we take care of your event.

Offline Booking Procedure

  1. Place your event booking by contacting us and confirming availability
  2. Pay your booking deposit of $200 using the following options:
    1. Direct Bank Deposit into the following Account:
      Account Number: 057686947
      Account Name: AMC Events
      BSB: 114 879
      Bank: St George
    2. Send Cheque or Money Order payable to AMC Events to the following address:
      PO Box 4602
      Springfield
      Qld 4300
  3. We will send out a Contract For Services for signing or you can download one here, print & sign it and return to us at the following address:
    AMC Events
    PO BOX 4602
    Springfield Qld 4300
  4. Once we have the Deposit and signed Contract For Services we will send a confirmation letter and your date will be locked in and no other bookings will be made for that day. If we only have a deposit or a Entertainment Agreement we will hold your booking tentatively and contact you if we receive another booking for that date. We must receive both items to fully lock in your date.We will send you your login to our online planning system.
  5. Plan your event by submitting the online planning form, timeline and music selections. We will also send these to you in paper form.
  6. We will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your event face to face.
  7. Pay your remaining fees at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding (multiple payments are acceptable).
  8. Sit back and relax as we take care of your event.
